What happened to PureVideo and Sportnet?

Grind Networks was formed by the merger of PureVideo Networks, Inc., publisher of GrindTV, the action sports channel on Yahoo! Sports, and Wasserman Media Group's Sportnet, a collection of core action sports sites. Each month, the combined company's ten enthusiast media brands attract more than eight million online visits, and generate more than sixty million video streams in partnership with Yahoo!, MSN, Comcast, and other premium distribution partners.
